This means that the Chinese manufacturer will continue to be unable to use the services of North American companies. In other words, Huawei will continue to be banned from using Google Play and other services on its terminals.
The Secretary of Commerce points out that it is reasonable for these companies to continue on the blacklist as long as they are considered a risk to national security or to the interests of the foreign policy of the United States.
