Earlier we have reported about Razer’s plan of launching a dedicated gaming smartphone. And now GFXBench listings confirmed its existence by revealing some of its key specifications and image of the alleged gaming smartphone
Recently an unknown Razer phone specification has been spotted on SlashLeaks. According to the leak, Razer is building a real beast for gamers.
Because the specs look top notch, with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Octa Core CPU with clock speeds up to 2.45 GHz and 64-bit architecture powered along with GPU Adreno 540. As per the leak, Razer gaming phone will be equipped with a 5.7inch display with at least five finger gesture support. The device is going to come with a massive 8GB RAM and 49GB out of 64GB storage — which means you can expect some serious bloatware.
In photography section, an 8-megapixel front camera and 12-megapixel rear camera — may be a dual camera — with the ability to record 4K videos is going to amaze you. Moreover, Razer phone may run on Android Nougat 7.1.1 and might start from a base price of $699 to $799.
Apart from the specification, an image of a smartphone with Razer branding has also been spotted on a different source. Device design somewhat looks like Nextbit smartphone — the company purchased by Razer earlier this year. In the image, you can see a perfect rectangular smartphone with dual camera and LED flash and volume control buttons on one side.
Since in its latest tweet Razer also announced the launch of something big on November 1. So lets better hope it will be a gaming Android smartphone.
