Apple One: Apple bundles Music, TV+, Arcade, and iCloud into one subscription

Apple One is now official — At the Apple September event on Tuesday evening, as expected, the Cupertino company did not present an iPhone 12, but instead the new Watch Series 6, a cheaper SE variant, and new iPads.

In addition, Apple presented a subscription package in which various services will be bundled.

In India, Apple One integrates the services Music, TV+, Arcade, and iCloud. The subscription service bundle should be available from autumn. Apple did not give a more precise launch date.

Initially, two versions of Apple One will be available. The Apple One Individual version will have Music, TV Plus, Arcade, and 50GB of iCloud storage on board. Cost: $14.95 per month in the US and ₹195 per month in India. The family version costs $19.95 per month in the US and ₹365 per month in India. In the family pack, instead of 50, there would be 200GB of iCloud storage and can also be shared with up to five people.

There is also a third variant, Apple One Premier, that bundles Apple News+ and Apple Fitness+ services, and the cloud storage space up to 2TB is initially only available in the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK. In the United States, the Premier Package is priced at $ 29.95. Apple Fitness Plus alone is said to cost $ 9.95 a month.

Apple promises that users will receive a 30-day trial period for those subscriptions in the package that they are not yet using. The switch to the full subscription should be possible for all Apple users who have already subscribed to one of the individual services with just one tap. Apple One should be changeable or cancelable at any time — the advantage is that you will only receive one invoice for the use of the services in the future.

The Apple One Services can be used on all platforms on which they were previously available individually. This includes the web versions of Apple Music and Apple TV+, selected Smart TVs for Apple Music and Apple TV+, Android devices for Apple Music, and other streaming devices (Apple Music and Apple TV+). Besides, Apple One is, of course, available on the iPhone iPad, iPod Touch, Apple TV, and Mac.
