Facebook announces Facebook Business Suite, a new service that unifies Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger. With Facebook Business Suite, users can now post to Facebook and Instagram at the same time, and manage and receive messages, notifications, and alerts in one place.
Although it is not for everyone, it is reserved only for those who have a business page. Those who have these pages will be able to manage them comfortably, quickly, and easily. The suite is already available, and many page managers are already starting to use it to see how it works.
The three apps, Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram (WhatsApp Business is not currently included in the suite), remain where they are but the interface to manage them becomes one with Facebook Business Suite.
Therefore, it will no longer be necessary to jump from one app to another to manage your pages, but it will be enough to use the Facebook Business Suite to do everything much more comfortably from a single app.
To access Business Suite, log into the Facebook account associated with your business. Then, if you’re eligible, you’ll automatically be redirected to Business Suite when you visit business.facebook.com on desktop.
After that, you can create, schedule, or directly publish a new post simultaneously to Facebook and Instagram with the same image and the same text.
Similarly, by using Facebook Business Suite instead of individual apps, all messages that Facebook or Instagram users send to our pages will be grouped into a single chat. We will be able to view the messages and reply without leaving the suite.
